Welcoming Committee
The purpose of this committee is to make families moving to Historic College Park feel welcome and to ensure new residents have the information they need about the operations of the Association. This includes assembling and distributing “Welcome Baskets”.
Decorating Committee
The purpose of this committee is to make attendees feel welcome. It may include picking up refreshments and meeting/event setup and disassemble of decorations, signage, etc. This includes arriving or departing 30 – 60 mins before/after a meeting or event.
Event Planning Committee
The purpose of the Social Committee is to foster a cohesive community by organizing fun, interesting events for the entire community so neighbors can meet and socialize with each other. The responsibilities of the committee include: Brainstorm ideas for association social events, Plan events for the year such as Porch Parties, Community Graduation Celebration, and Holiday Party.
